2nd time over a 10 year span, first way back, just a small upstairs patio This one a few days ago, big project. Entire roof for my 2 story house. And a chimney removal. Their crew so nice, and great job. And follow up also by the company great also.

A tear off and new roofing required on garage after hail storms last year. House roof was done last year. Some of the sheeting needed to be replaced...plywood became very brittle...we were informed of the advantage of them installing a ridge vent on garage as they had on the house. They did a great job and always willing to answer questions. Clean up was thorough....impressive. Very satisfied with project manager David as well as his crew E&. Beautiful job guys! Absolutely outstanding service! I strongly recommend Overhead Solutions for your roofing needs. In my case, it was for a new roof for our summer cottage near Eagle River, WI. Overhead takes the art of roofing to a whole new level of professionalism, from beginning to end. To start with, what other roofing company accompanies its quote with lists of certifications and references, as well as an insurance certificate, and links to various shingle types and colors and related warranties and pricing? They don't wait for you to ask! After you accept their proposal, they then follow with clear and complete communications regarding.what to expect and when -- and then follow through in a very timely manner. And, they are so confident of their work that, unlike most roofers, they don't require at least 50% payment up front but, rather, within 30 days of invoice after completion. Then, when the work is complete, they even send their quality assurance specialist to check it out. As a corporate attorney with a detail orientation, I greatly appreciate this exceptional level of professionalism - and I think you will too. Lastly, Overhead's prices are very competitive. I believe that you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by requesting a quote from them.

After recommendations from friends I called Overhead and left a message telling them I was in need of a new roof. In a few days I had a call to set a time for an appointment. They came showed me the different options, checked the roof and I received the estimate in a couple of days. I signed it and sent it back . I received a call in a few days informing me when they would be able to do the roof.

All of the above (reasons to like), really, but especially the quality of the work and the professionalism of all involved--crew and office--from the first visit and quote to one last look and check-in to make sure that everything about our new roof and gutters was as hoped for. It was.

All of the staff at Overhead Solutions provided timely communication and quality roof replacement. Communication was frequent and people were quick to answer any questions that I had. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail in the clean up afterwards. I can't say enough about Overhead Solutions. Top Notch!

We had our flat top roof replaced by Overhead. It was done quickly, when a problem arose, they consulted both us and Paul the owner for the best solution, and cleaned up the whole yard after. We did have a leak since due to our unusual roof drain and they returned and fixed it immediately under warrantee. We will definitely recommend their service.

We've used Overhead Solutions three times and have dealt with different members of their team but had a consistently GREAT experience. Our most recent experience was no different. The dedicated crew worked until dark to finish what they could and came back early the next morning (Saturday) to finish the job. They cleaned up very well after the job and the foreman even came by later to verify the final product matched their standard. We are very pleased.

Our roof was completed within 10 days at the contract price, no add-ons after the sale - all new drip edge, flashings, gutter aprons, ice and water shield, pipe boots included two decking sheets. Jared and crew E&E did an awesome job replacing my roof shingles. They were here at 7:30am and finished cleaning up at by 8:30pm. I'm very happy with their work! Very hard working crew! First time homeowners and didn't know what to expect with replacing roof but Overhead made every step of the process very easy. We have an older home with alot of steep pitches and ended up having to do more than originally expected, but the crew did an excellent job with adding decking across entire roof and updated rubber section in under 3 days. Cirilo and crew were great they had a lot of work to do, we had two layers of old shingles and needed 17 new sheets of plywood on the roof that was over 40 years old. David Frelich was our Project Manager, he came by the house numerous times throughout the day, checking on progress and getting the crew supplies that they needed for the job. David stopped by the next day to inspect the roof and make sure everything was done correct and nothing was missed. David also swept the lawn and area with a powerful magnet for any nails, staples or debri that was left. If I could give this company more stars, I would. Let me tell you why. I had been looking for someone for a while to replace our roof and insulation. I called dozens of local companies and contractors, but I couldn’t get anyone to do the job. A lot of them wouldn’t even return my calls. I finally came upon Overhead Solutions and talked to Ryan. He came out to the house and took some measurements. We talked about some of the problems we were having with the roof, and he gave me an estimate. He helped me sort out what I needed to do next, which was contacting and coordinating with a company to do the insulation.

Absolutely satisfied! Happy from the start with a great meet up with Justin to look at it before hand and the quick turn around with a quote. The updates from the start of the project through them telling us when the crew would be there and even called to update me during the day as to when they would be finished. Completed the project in 1 day which included tearing off, replacing and cleaning up the mess! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their roof.

We would like to thank Shawn, Chris, and his crew from Overhead Solutions for the excellent job they did on replacing our roof on our house. Even with having to remove 2 layers of shingles and a heat index of 100 that day; the crew worked hard to complete the job before the storms hit that night!! They were very thorough when it came to the cleanup; they went over and over the lawn several times with the magnet to pick up nails and staples. Cleanup was very good!! Nothing was left behind!!

I had a roof installed in the fall of 2022 and had problems when snow thawed in spring of 2023. I called the office and Steve was here the same day and Jason supervised the work the same week. I had a leak in my roof that was causing discoloration of the ceiling in the living room. It was time to call a roofer. I found Overhead Solutions Inc while googling Manitowoc Roofers. I read the reviews, they looked good. I called and Shawn immediately responded and set up an appointment. He came out, assessed the situation, and prepared an estimate. The following week a team of three roofers were here and replaced the roof tile in the area of the leak. They matched the new shingles with the existing roof. The work was done in less than half a day.

In 2010 a storm ripped through our area. There were so many companies from out of state just trying to rip us off. I had gotten 2 of the highest quotes to replace my roof and siding. All people from out of state. So many homes had damage. I thought that I would try one last local place out of the Green Bay area. When I first met Shaun I thought he was an honest guy. He gave me a fair quote. The guys that came to do the work were FANTASTIC! Talked to me, showed me some things. They were finished in no time and even fixed some work on my windows that someone else installed wrong. I have since recommended these guys 4 times! I highly recommend them over and over again!

Brandon came up to Marinette to look at my roof and the problems that I was having after looking at things he determined that it was actually a problem with my siding and window and that the roofing was actually in good shape so I would need to have the company that did my siding come to take care of my problems. I would like to take this time to thank Overhead Solutions for being such a professional company. From Ryan in sales who came back 3 times to meet with my insurance adjuster and then coming back to go through the estimate the insurance was paying out, catching that they were going to pay for the garage (which had no damage) instead of the house. Then there's Dave the project manager who came and explained everything to me before the crew got there. The day of the project he was constantly running back and forth between jobs and also coming back on Sunday evening to pick up the trailer and inspect the workmanship on the roof along with doing a walk around with a magnet to check for nails. Then Steve in quality control who came a couple days later to inspect the roof and told if any problems to just give him a call. Thanks again

Overhead solutions has developed a straight forward process for replacing an insurance claim roof... Paul was upfront and honest about what to expect, he told me about how roofing companies try to upsell and earned my trust through 1 on 1 conversations. Nick, our PM was also very responsive, gave advice and opinions when asked for them, and did a great job managing the day our roof was installed. I called Pete Ermis on Monday after I noticed storm damage to my siding, and he provided and immediate call back to set up an estimate of repair the very next day! He was in the opposite direction of my home, and he made sure he stopped upon his return to Green Bay to take photos and assess the damage. He provided and estimate of repair and was more than happy to get a contract going to schedule the repairs asap. Fast and friendly… and reasonably priced! Overall the project went great - like all things in life things happen and changes have to be made, but Paul returns calls and e-mails on a regular basis. Paul's crew showed up on time and were prepared to do the job, no sitting or standing around, even in the record heat we had! They completed the project in 2 days - which was great. They cleaned up after themselves and moved back any items they had moved so we didn't have to go behind and pick up. Also Paul was there and was always reachable for even small details or questions.

The owner, Paul, personally came out to look at our roof and gave us an estimate. He was always in communication throughout the process. The pricing was very good. The team showed up on time and worked really hard to get the job done in only 2 days! Paul was very professional and very thorough with his explanation and answers to our questions. If we didn't understand something he would explain it in terms that we could understand. He is very easy to get along with and doesn't try to push for added work to your project. He was willing to make extra trips to our house for further detailing on the job as we requested and was very accommodating with the schedule we wanted for our project. I talked with Shawn who was very nice and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating to my schedule. He made suggestions as to the kind of shingles to get, but did not push a certain "type". The workers showed up on time and got right to work. No one stood around with nothing to do. They laid tarps all around the house to protect plants, etc. They had a truck in the driveway to put all the old shingles in. Only took 8 hours. Great clean up and the went around the house with a metal rake for nails. Great experience. I would recommend.

We completed our roof "early", to my amazement; this is how efficient Overhead Solutions, Inc., is and Paul. At the end of every day they were picking up nails and debris. I have referred this company many times over to everyone I speak with and happy to praise them.

Brandon is a real professional who cares about his customers from every aspect of a roofing job. I called for a bid on a rental property and he was at the home within an hour and gave me an estimate over the phone; scheduling the job for only 1 1/2 weeks out. Job was complete on time and my tenants were very pleased with the whole crew from their professionalism to the clean up (His exact words: I couldn't even find asphalt dust on the ground) I will call them with any other job I have in the future; and recommend them to anyone even the picky customer!

Everything was coordinated and well planned. The workers knew their assignments and worked extremely hard. It was a hot day day and storms were approaching but they kept going at an amazing pace. Because of a great effort they finished the roof in 10 hours just as the rain began. They cleaned the yard and Paul showed up the next morning to check over everything. The end result was a good looking roof, at a good price and a clean lawn. Job well done guys!

I called around when my roof was leaking and got estimates all over the board. We made one more call and it was to these guys. Their quote was just below the average but said they couldn't do the roof for about a month. I agreed, they asked for no money down. All of a sudden they show up with a couple guys and fix the leak in my roof for free and said we have to stop your roof from leaking and if you go with someone else than that's the chance we took! I told them no they were going to be the ones. They showed up about three weeks later and guys piled out of the trucks and started working like crazy. My house was done in a day and a half and was perfect. They also said if you find more than a small cup of nails in the grass we will give you a hundred bucks. I tried my best and found five. I wouldn't call anyone else if you need a roof. Unbelievable customer satisfaction!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note on how awesome Brandon and his crew did with our new roof on Wednesday last week. They arrived on time, got right to work, and were extremely professional and hard-working all day long. Brandon took lots of time during the day to update us on the status of the job throughout the day. We had to leave about 2 p.m. and didn't get to look at the new roof until the next morning but when we did, it was beautiful...and there wasn't a nail, piece of cellophane, piece of shingle or garbage, etc. to be found anywhere on the property. Their clean-up was amazing. It was awesome working with Brandon and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone.

I emailed Overhead Solutions about some shingles that were sticking up on my roof. The roof was originally installed by another roofing contractor. Paul stated he could come on-site, if I wanted, within the next couple days. He showed up on time and did a quick walk-through. He scheduled me and had someone on-site less than a week later. Paul did a great job answering all my questions before and after the sale. Chad did the work on-site, did a great job, and did some extras that I didn't expect.

My roof started to leak and the only company in the area that has come through for me is Overhead. To help prevent further damage they graciously came out and put a tarp on the roof, until they can come and replace it. Even though they're swamped with other projects they scheduled me anyways. I will definitely give them my recommendation to anyone!

Two years ago we had a new roof installed by Overhead Solutions. We were so impressed with the work they did, we recently hired them again to replace the siding on our home. Both times the crews did an excellent job. The worksite was completed cleaned up every night. The crew was on time and worked very hard the entire day. Professionalism was top grade. He explained our roofing process, scheduling & cost. The roofers were efficient, experienced & neat. A separate crew applied our leafless gutters. Everything was done in a few days. We discovered a leak somewhere in our roof. We were under time pressure because we were selling our house and the closing was less than 2 weeks away. Paul came out and checked the roof to determine exactly where the leak was occurring. He identified the location and scheduled a time a few days later to make the repair. When the weather turned too inclement to make the repair he and his team worked on a Saturday to quickly repair the leaking area. They were very efficient and thorough. They fully cleaned up the area on the roof and the ground. When they departed there was no trace they had been there other than the fact that the roof no longer leaked. I wish I had known about this company when we had our roof replaced a few years earlier due to hail damage. I probably would not have had this problem to deal with. Great company to work with!
