The communication is top-notch, way above what my expectations were. To get a full slate of photos showing the entire process from start to finish was a big surprise at the end. Overhead has proven to be one of the most professional businesses we dealt with in our new home build. We reached out to them to see if they could come to look at a couple of loose shingles. Steve came on the scheduled date, was very thorough and let us know that they would be calling to set up an appointment to do the task needed. We were contacted the very next day! Talk about excellent customer service! We let Nick know that tomorrow wouldnt be a good time for us and he said they could look at a different date. As I am typing this, a nice gentleman arrived and is already doing the minor task! Thank you for being so efficient and a great business to work with.

Overhead Solutions staff, project manager, installers and the Quality Control Manager were excellent to deal with. They kept us well informed on their schedule and were very prompt and professional with installing and returning calls. The installation team were courteous and very respectful of the property. Cleaned up all debris and worked very efficiently. Would definitely recommend them!
