We would like to thank Shawn, Chris, and his crew from Overhead Solutions for the excellent job they did on replacing our roof on our house. Even with having to remove 2 layers of shingles and a heat index of 100 that day; the crew worked hard to complete the job before the storms hit that night!! They were very thorough when it came to the cleanup; they went over and over the lawn several times with the magnet to pick up nails and staples. Cleanup was very good!! Nothing was left behind!!

Five stars! We selected Overhead Solutions for our roof replacement because of the extremely high Google review ratings, their friendly and professional employees, and the cost. They made every step of the process so easy and had regular communication with us so we knew what to expect. The crew working on the roof damaged one of our down spouts and had it replaced before they left the same day. I didn t even have to ask for it to be repaired or replaced. The project manager kept me up to date before, during, and after the job was done. They even had a quality manager make sure everything was satisfactory a few days after the job was completed. There were some nails in the yard/landscape that we found and the quality manager made another trip to do another pass with a large magnet to pick up anything that was missed before.

I had Overhead Solutions tear off and install a new roof on my Appleton home , recommended from a friend Project managers, Steven Brabant, & David Frelich, checked and rechecked the job through the whole construction process. The construction crew was very professional, very hard-working, and made sure everything was done correctly. When they finished the job, they cleaned the site spotless, and all just worked together like a professional team. I am very impressed with my new roof and would highly recommend Overhead Solutions. !!!!

I cant say enough good things about Overhead Solutions and in particular our Project Manager Jonathan. From the very beginning when our job was quoted by Jeremy the communication has been phenomenal. Once we signed the contract we got a text that our materials were ordered, we got a text when the job was scheduled and we were told when the supplies would arrive and that we would get a call from the project manager. The call from Jonathan came within an hour of the materials were delivered. He told us when the crew would arrive and what to expect. He then checked in with us several times during the day to update us. There was one mishap that he called us about and the company took care of it. They did our house and detached garage in one day. When I arrived home the yard was picked up and they went over it with a magnet. They respected our landscape and very little was disturbed. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Overhead Solutions. And their pricing cant be beat, I got 4 quotes before giving our job to Overhead Solutions. Thank you Jonathan and Overhead Solutions, well done!
