While I did extensive research on roofing companies and received quotes, I settled on Overhead Solutions for their responsiveness, and the customer service (Brandon Mertens especially). Never had a roof put on that wasn t done by friends or friends of friends so I did not really know what to expect. Brandon answered every question I had right away. No checking back with the "home office" because he didn t know something. His attitude and the conversations we had sold Overhead Solutions to me. Things only got better from there. I couldn t believe it. My roof was installed a month earlier than I thought it would be. EVERY single person I had contact with was polite, professional and able to communicate very well. The men who installed the roof were all pleasant and said hello. They cleaned everything up. There was no damage to any of my garden/landscaping around my house. I was amazed that there was a quality inspection the day after the installation. Fantastic job by everyone. I would definitely recommend Overhead Solutions to anyone. Price was great too. Thank you Overhead Solutions for providing excellent services.

From our first contact for a roof inspection after a hail storm, we were truly impressed by Overhead Solutions. All staff were professional and prompt. They helped us choose the perfect roof for our home, and installation was fast and extremely well done. Even the skylights were replaced. Cleanup was amazing. Now we have a beautiful roof at a fair price with a great warranty from a local company. We would recommend (and have) to anyone.

I just had my roof replaced by Overhead Solutions. Dave, project manager, & his crew, E & E were outstanding! They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, & very thorough in the job itself & the clean-up. My job took 1 1/2 days. The team worked steady from morning until dark. Then again today, until the job was done. I never had to question anything they were doing. But, if I did have questions, they answered right away. All of their staff who I spoke to, from my 1st phone call to the office, either answered what I asked or found someone who could. The gutters will be replaced in a few days. I will call Overhead Solutions for any home improvement I might need in the future. Highly recommend!!

Some of the sheeting needed to be replaced...plywood became very brittle...we were informed of the advantage of them installing a ridge vent on garage as they had on the house. They did a great job and always willing to answer questions. Clean up was thorough....impressive. Very satisfied with project manager David as well as his crew E&. Beautiful job guys!
