The boyfriend wanted to roof my house... I went on line and requested quotes from 10 roofing businesses in my area. My first, and only visit, left me very confused. He was giving me the woman talk . Frustrated, I called the ad on the TV, figuring they would be too far away. Justin called me the next day and came out. He went up on the roof, took pictures, and sent me the pics with explanations what I have. He gave me options, suggestions, and listened to me! The office staff text me with the progress and when I said I was excited , she responded! I was informed of the upcoming process the whole time! Reuben and Veronica and their fantastic hard working team came with smiles and kept me informed of what they were finding as they removed the old roof. And if you have an older home, there will be surprises! Dry rot... But, they let me know my options and I trusted them! Matt did a super over-the-top job coming couple times to do all the finishing touches! Gutter Done Already eaves/cover team was very friendly, even with the wasps... Steve let me know he was on his way to do the final check, asked if I had any questions, and told me any of the team is available if we have any concerns or questions in the future. Overhead Solutions is a TEAM! They made me feel very confident with my choices and made the experience enjoyable! And the boyfriend is impressed, also! Thank you Overhead Solutions!!!

Justin, Jonathan, and the rest of the Overhead Solutions team, including the office staff, are easy to work with! They were prompt and accommodating answering all questions, even those that arose on the day of the roof installation. Our large roof was completed in one day, despite summer heat and the interruption of a downpour in the afternoon. The roofing crew was joined by a second crew in the afternoon and completed the job, including removing and installing the roof and two skylights, siding the chimney surround, and cleaning up, in a 12+ hour workday. We are pleased with the look and quality of our new roof!
