Pete is very knowledgeable and has been patient with us. No high pressure tactics, earning our business. We look forward to the installation of our new roof in the coming weeks. The start date had to be rescheduled a few times. My project manager kept changing. Initially I wanted snow guards to project my house, but nope. Now my outside lighting is broken in both front and back. On top of that 2 screws punctured my tires, and my friends specialty made off road tire. And with everything else, cigarette butts were littered everywhere in my lawn. I do not smoke. And the screws BTW, matched my roof color exactly. Now 5 months down the road they want receipts!

I was very impressed with Overhead Solutions and had nothing but a positive experience throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Brandon, the General Manager, did a great job of making sure I understood everything throughout the quoting and sales process. I had lots of questions, and I felt very comfortable about moving forward with the project after talking to him about everything. The pricing was very competitive with the other bids that I requested from other companies. It was a bit late in the year to get a roof put on, so I ended up having some smaller repairs done to get me through the winter. When the time came to get the new roof installed, James, the Project Manager, did an excellent job of making sure I was well informed of what was going on during the time that his team was at my house. The team installing the roof did a great job, and I am very happy with the quality of work. They were also very thorough when it came to making sure that stuff was cleaned up properly before they left. Multiple times throughout the project, I saw them running magnets around the house, looking for stray nails, and it was much appreciated. A few days after the project, Steven, the Quality Control Manager, reached out to me and came on-site to do an inspection of the work performed. He made sure that I knew how to reach him if there were any concerns down the road. It has been a long time since I was this impressed with the service provided by a company, and I hope that all future customers have the same experience.

We were impress with Dave as well as Rafael and his crew. I dont know how many times all of them went around the house to make sure all the nails and debris were picked up. They were done in a day and our roof looks fabulous! I would highly recommend them in a heart beat!

Everyone was great a communicating what was going on and giving me a heads up. The guys who installed the roof did an amazing job. It looks great and they cleaned up after themselves very well! I am very happy with my work done with Overhead Solutions. Would highly recommend.

Answered all our questions, was patient, informative and quick to respond. When it came time for the installation- we couldnt have been happier. Jons crew came in and installed the two roofs in a day. A small mishap happened to a gutter and both Pete and Jon were quick to inform me how the issue would be addressed. Today it was completed. The roof looks great and the whole association is happy. We have received many compliments because it looks great. By the way - I got quotes from 4 companies. Overhead Solutions was more than 30% less expensive than the next best price. They were almost 50% less than my first quote!! Cant say enough about this company. In fact, tonight I referred a friend who needs a new roof to give Pete a call. They were that great.
