Overhead Solutions put my new roof on in May. Very happy with the results. Great communications with the project managers. Took the time to answer all my questions. My roof was done in one day.

OMG, Ben was awesome. We were all set to go with someone else when Ben showed up and gave us his sales pitch. He explained everything he was doing on the roof, explained the photographs he took of the roof in detail. His demeanor, and confidence in what he was saying and doing really won us over. We actually got a lesser quote from someone else but they didn t make us feel as comfortable as Ben made us feel. He didnt treat us like we didn t know anything because we were females, he didnt talk down to us and he answered all our questions and told us to call if we had any other questions. He even did a couple follow up calls and to see if what he sent us via email was clear to us. He sold the company to us with his approach. He really made us feel comfortable with out choice to go with Overhead Solutions. He is a 5+++ in my book. We have even told others about him.

We are very pleased with our roof! The whole process was great! They did a great job on the clean up. Appreciate the time Brandon took with us on the sale and James on keeping us informed as the project manager.

When we were planning to get a new roof, we checked out several different places. We decided to go with Overhead Solutions and we are so happy that we did. Right from the start Pete Ermis, their salesman came and explained everything very thoroughly and our different options and got back to us with a quote right away. He was so easy to work with and very professional. They came on the starting date they gave us ( which never happens anymore) and were finished the same day. Chad Johnson their project manager came 3 times throughout the day to check on the workmanship and again at the very end to make sure everything was cleaned up. Then today I got a text from Steven Brabant their quality control manager saying hed like to come and check the job over and take pictures. Ive been so pleased with them right from the start. Pete, Chad and Steven and their workers have all been fantastic. I would highly recommend Overhead Solutions!

And then, when I had questions about our roofs needs, he came out on Sunday for a review and answer session. At all times he was polite, not argumentative, and brought samples of products that I was curious about. Ben is an example of what a "professional" should be.

I reached out to the guys at Overhead Solutions because my roof was leaking very badly and I cannot afford to fix it due to medical costs and physical limitations. They came over and installed a few tarps to stop it from leaking and did not charge me anything. I appreciate it so much and it s so nice to know there are good people out there willing to help people like myself that are struggling. I highly recommend their professional and kind response.
